To add users to your ColavoSalon team, follow these steps:
- Open the ColavoSalon application.
- Go to the Settings menu.
- In the Salon Seating section, click Add Seats.
- Look for the “+” button to add users to the team.
- You can choose to import members from your contact list.
- Or, manually enter their name and phone number to send them a link to join your lounge in the application.
When adding new users to your team, you can assign permission levels to control their access to application features and information. This ensures that staff have access only to the information and tools necessary for their respective roles. Please refer to the Staff Management FAQ page.
